Semmy has been working as an office assistant at ARQUE Advocaten since April 2026. She is currently in the first year of the Bachelor’s programme in Applied Law at The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
Her interest in law developed from her previous educational experience: during her music studies in the United States, she was introduced to issues relating to intellectual property and the protection of creative works. This experience further strengthened her interest in the legal aspects of creativity, entrepreneurship and professional services.
Before joining ARQUE Advocaten, Semmy worked at a legal consultancy firm, where she gained extensive administrative experience in a legal environment. There, she learned the importance of accuracy, organisation and clear communication in supporting legal professionals.
Semmy is characterised by her committed and independent approach to work. She works carefully, contributes practical and solution-oriented ideas, and is able to handle tasks in a structured manner. As such, she provides reliable and practical support within the day-to-day organisation of ARQUE Advocaten.
